The Pomodoro Technique has been proven to help you stay at peak productivity. This app is lightweight and doesn't require your screen to be opened to track time. You will be notified when it's time to take a break or go back to work!


The concept is very simple:

1- Work for 25 minutes, without any distractions, such as social media.

2- Once that session is over, you are allowed a 5 minute break.

3- Do this 4 times (2 hours total) and you can now take a 30 minutes break.

4- Repeat.
